Here are the main changes to fixed for GH Part 3!

3 People Ordering

Rachel, Jessica, and Cassandra will all be placing the orders this comeback.

• This will only affect ordering and who you send your payment to
• This change was made in order to ease the burden on one GOM of being responsible for tracking all payments and to ensure that we protect ourselves in the event of unknown tariff changes or issues. This will also allow us to lean on each other more if one person is exceptionally busy one week.
• For each drop, we will tell everyone in the group chat which person is placing the order, where to send the payment, and what emoji to use

Payment

We will ask that each payment be sent one at a time with the appropriate emoji for the GO.

• It helps us track the payments quickly if they’re not combined across GOs, so while we know it’s a little troublesome, it will make a large difference on our end.

Masterlist

All orders will still be tracked on this masterlist.

• We are using a system that is similar to the one we used for GH2, where ever joiner has their own joiner page
• We have made some changes to how this information is laid out to hopefully make it easier for you to see the info and find which GOs are in which batch

Extras and Bonuses

When there is an order extras for bonuses event, we will request that you react on a message in this chat if you want to claim the extras for the bonus (we did this a couple times last comeback and found it worked well for us). The assumption will be that you want enough to get one bonus.

If you want more, you’ll need to reach out directly to whoever is ordering. We will plan to order enough for the bonuses, but all extras will be sorted instead of claims. We will do our best to purchase enough to get your fixed member for the actual bonus, and we will let the chat know if we suspect there will be any issues.

Fancalls

As for fancalls, we will be entering ourselves into at least one, possibly more. We will also be looking for opportunities to support other goms for cheaper pobs, and we will also raffle some calls internally as well. We are not sure how many external raffles we will be doing. We likely will not be raffling off near as many calls as we did last comeback, and we won’t be opening as large GOs as we did last comeback so the chances of winning for everyone, including ourselves, will be much smaller.

We will try to prioritize hosting larger GOs when there are winners cards on the table, and we will raffle off some of the winners cards as well (though 3 will be kept by us, 1 will be kept by the winner, and then 2-4 can be raffled).
